About Lori-Ann Green
Lori-Ann (“Lori”) Green is the Training Director at RT Workplace Training & Consulting Inc., (“RTW”) overseeing the development and delivery of our training programs. She was called to the Bar in Jamaica and brings an international legal and training background spanning government, corporate, and financial sectors.
Throughout her career, Lori has led training sessions and provided subject-matter expertise across diverse sectors. While working for the Jamaican government, she developed and delivered training programs on legislative change and was commended by participants for her ability to simplify complex topics.
Lori enjoys learning for its own sake, but even more, she is passionate about sharing her knowledge with others. She believes the best training experiences are collaborative, with both facilitator and participants learning from one another.
Expertise and Approach
As Training Director at RT Workplace Training & Consulting Inc., Lori oversees the training operations with a team of dedicated professionals. She facilitates training sessions and is closely involved in enhancing and updating existing courses, ensuring that RTW’s programs remain engaging and evolve with an ever-changing society. She also plays an integral role in developing new courses and expanding RTW’s training curriculum.
Lori brings to her work a particular gift for translating complex legal and regulatory concepts into accessible, practical learning. Drawing on her experience delivering training in government, corporate, and financial sectors, she connects with a wide range of audiences and approaches every session as a shared exchange of insight.
Background
Lori began her legal education in the Caribbean and completed further studies in the United States and China. In Jamaica, she worked for the government agency responsible for the formation and administration of corporate entities. She subsequently moved to one of the “Big Four” professional services firms to assist private entities with fulfilling their legal administrative obligations. In Canada, before joining RT Workplace Training & Consulting Inc., she worked at RBC Capital Markets and managed the global policies and procedures of the Client Management Group.
