About Us

RT Workplace Training & Consulting Inc. helps organizations build stronger, healthier workplaces through workplace training programs and consulting across Canada.

Grounded in extensive experience in employment and labour law, human rights law, workplace investigations, workplace assessments, and policy review, our team brings real-world insight into every training session and consulting project. Our passion is helping organizations proactively prevent workplace issues before they escalate, while also equipping workplace investigators with the skills to conduct fair, effective investigations that reduce risk and protect organizational reputation.

Our Training Programs

Our Workplace Investigation Training suite equips HR and other professionals at any level with the skills, confidence and practical frameworks to conduct fair and thorough workplace investigations. Through structured methodology, real-world scenarios and facilitated exercises with professional actors, participants learn to manage complaints, assess evidence, conduct interviews and handle complex or sensitive situations with professionalism and care.

Our Respectful Workplace Training suite focuses on preventing harassment, discrimination, and toxic behaviours, helping organizations build inclusive, respectful, and productive workplace cultures. This training is designed for all levels of an organization, from executives and boards to managers, leaders, and employees.

The result is teams that think critically, act confidently, and contribute to stronger, more resilient organizations.

Why Choose RT Workplace Training & Consulting Inc.?

Our training supports workplaces in building internal capacity, strengthening investigation practices, and translating policy into day-to-day workplace behaviour. We translate what we have learned from our real-world experiences into practical, high-impact training for both workplace investigators and organizations. Drawing on firsthand insight into workplace conflict, misconduct, and culture breakdowns, our training focuses on how issues arise in practice and what it takes to address them effectively. Through realistic scenarios, actor-simulated role play, and guided discussion, we help participants move from policy to practice, building the skills and confidence to identify, address, and prevent workplace misconduct before it escalates.

Our consulting work also supports healthy workplaces through reviews, assessments and guidance on investigations, as well as special projects, all designed to help organizations identify and address workplace issues as soon as possible.
