About Amisha Gunanayagam

Amisha Gunanayagam is a Training Assistant at RT Workplace Training & Consulting Inc. (“RTW”), supporting the coordination and delivery of the firm’s workplace training programs. She takes pride in helping ensure that participants and facilitators alike have a smooth, well-organized experience from start to finish, and brings a strong digital and creative toolkit to her work.

Background

Amisha graduated from Western University in 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in Media, Information & Technoculture. Before joining RTW, she gained experience in digital communications through a marketing internship and held customer service and administrative roles in healthcare, developing the organizational, communication, and project-coordination skills she draws on today. During her studies, she also took on leadership roles, including serving as Director of Media for the Western Real Estate Club.

Outside of work, Amisha enjoys creating digital content, exploring new cafés and restaurants, spending time with loved ones, and staying active. She values collaboration, reliability, and bringing a positive attitude to everything she does.
