About Katrina Fearon

Katrina Fearon is the Training Coordinator at RT Workplace Training & Consulting Inc. (“RTW”), where she supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of the firm’s public and in-house training programs. She plays an integral role in managing training operations and administrative processes, and is known for the professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to outstanding client service she brings to her work.

Background

Before joining RTW, Katrina held administrative positions within educational and non-profit organizations, where she supported program coordination, event planning, and marketing initiatives, strengthening her skills in communication, stakeholder engagement, and client service. She has been with the organization since 2020. Katrina is passionate about supporting participants throughout their learning journey and finds real fulfillment in knowing that her work helps individuals and organizations build healthier, more respectful, and more inclusive workplaces.
