About Katrina Fearon

Katrina Fearon is a Training Coordinator at RT Workplace Training & Consulting Inc. (“RTW”), where she supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of the firm’s public and in-house training programs. She plays an integral role in managing training operations and administrative processes, and is known for the professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to outstanding client service she brings to her work.

Background

Before joining RTW, Katrina held administrative positions within educational and non-profit organizations, supporting program coordination, event planning, and marketing initiatives. Since joining the organization in 2020, she has continued to apply and expand the communication, stakeholder engagement, and client service skills honed through that earlier work. Katrina holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Human Rights and Human Diversity, with a specialization in International Development and Leadership, from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Katrina is passionate about supporting participants throughout their learning journey and finds real fulfillment in knowing that her work helps individuals and organizations build healthier, more respectful, and more inclusive workplaces.
