About Midu Rajapalan

Midu Rajapalan is the Director of Finance & Operations at RT Workplace Training & Consulting Inc. (“RTW”), overseeing the firm’s finance, operations, and administrative functions. She brings a practical, hands-on approach to managing the financial and operational foundations of the business, working closely with senior leadership to turn financial insight into sound strategic decisions.

Known for taking on challenges, learning quickly, and finding solutions, Midu combines financial rigour with an eye for the processes and systems that help an organization run smoothly and grow.

Background

Midu has been with the organization since 2020, advancing from Finance Coordinator to Finance & Accounting Manager before taking on her current leadership role. Earlier in her career, she held senior coordination roles in legal publishing, managing large-scale professional events, budgets, and vendor relationships across Canada. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Centennial College.

Outside of work, Midu enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and trying new restaurants.
