Specifically, we discuss how to look at the broader context to identify underlying issues and how to determine and implement the best methods of intervention that consider the interests of those impacted. The course includes an in depth and practical step-by-step guide for conducting a restorative process that can be applied to many complex situations, including post-workplace investigations. We provide tools on how to ensure that the right persons are at the table to support an effective restorative process, and how to engender the trust and confidence of those who are asked to participate. The goal of the course is to revise your approach to creating a safe work environment by considering the bigger context, the underlying issues and the interests of those concerned. Our training features the RT methodology of problem solving, interactive practice exercises, and case studies.
